The Southern Arizona Chapter of the American Guild of Organists is hosting
"Pedals, Pipes and Pizza" for Middle and High School music students and adults – a fun and informative introduction to the pipe organ!
No previous organ experience required!
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2026
St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 602 N. Wilmot Rd., Tucson, Az
Hear a demonstration piece.
Explore the pipes and electronics
Discover the stops, manuals, and pedals (Hands on).
Listen to “A Sweet for Mother Goose” rap narration.
Assemble and play a small pipe organ from a kit
Lunch - Pizza, other snacks, drinks.
Receive individual instruction on basic playing
techniques and registration. All students will have the
opportunity to play the three-manual 64-rank Aeolian-
Skinner pipe organ.
Have a chance to perform on the organ in a mini recital
Wrap up and receive your certificate
The Pedals, Pipes & Pizza Event is FREE.
Parents and friends are welcome to attend.

A Candlelight Concert for All Saints Day:
Music of Remembrance and Hope will be offered in the chapel at Trinity Presbyterian Church (400 E. University Blvd.) on
Sunday, November 1 at 6:00 p.m.
This free program of meditative and peaceful music will be presented by
Lynn Moser (piano and organ),
Christine Harper (flute),
Max Adler (oboe),
soloists from the Trinity Choir,
and handbell players from the Trinity Ringers.
